MMA
BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU 
ADULT CLASSES WED & FRI 6:00-8:00PM
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class

A typical session includes everything from the warm up, technique, drilling, to rolling. You are sure to get a sweat going. 

All students are taught how to fall properly, how to take down, control the situation on the ground without getting hurt. 

All of this training is done in a clean, safe, family, supervised environment.
The techniques you learn in class can be applied if ever nee
ded in real life situations, aka self-defense. Our school  will help you build and develop your understanding of Jiu Jitsu all while improving your reflexes and muscle memory.

Size and body type do not matter in the gentle art called Jiu Jitsu.

KIDS - Youth JIU-JITSU PROGRAMS

At Choka U Gym, our structured classes are meant to help develop coordination, physical fitness, mental
strength, as well as gain valuable social skills. Through positive reinforcement, we can bring out the best in your children to help them succeed in life. There really is a safe, natural and extremely effective way to take charge and positively impact every aspect of your child’s life. It doesn’t take medicine
, therapy, harsh actions, or coaxing your kids to
change their behavior. Instead, it is teaching your kids self-discipline, hard work, confidence, and
respect. This done in a way that empowers them while also teaching them humility, and promoting health and fitness.
In, All of our Classes we teach/train in SELF-DEFENSE
We never want our kids to have to use these skills in modern life, but every good parent still wants their kids to be safe.
That’s why our martial arts training is very serious about teaching your kids the skills needed for self-
protection in any circumstance, from the neighborhood bully to a stranger on the street (and so much more).
But knowing how to defend oneself is only half the battle. Our classes teach your child the respect and
self-discipline needed to diffuse a situation without violence whenever possible – as well as the
knowledge to know when force is the only way to safety.

TAKEDOWN SATURDAY
ALL CLASSES SATURDAY  12:00PM -2:00PM

Judo is a world-wide known martial arts and discipline and sport. it involves fitness, strength, tactics, endurance and will.

It is a great feeling to know that your child and self are able to work hard, improve your skills, face challenges and overcome them. Our program is designed to help anyone to learn in a safe an friendly environment.
